Troubleshooting
My computer won't shut down!: Control+Alt+Command+Escape (Force Shutdown)
My MacBook has crashed!!!: If you see a gray or black box on your desktop, restart your computer. It might have been just a minor error. If you restart and see the box again, take your computer down to your school or local IT Professional. 2) If you start up your Mac and see a folder with a question mark (in older versions, you will see a small folder with a Finder logo and a question mark blinking...) you have a system file missing or your hardware is acting up. Try to restart in Safe Mode. I got this from the Apple website (To start up into Safe Mode or to Safe Boot), do this:
